Jeri is a highly respected Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance with more than 25 years of experience in Department of Defense network operations and cybersecurity oversight. A retired Colonel in the United States Air Force, she has led and supported complex, mission-critical programs across some of the nation’s most sensitive and demanding environments. Her career includes extensive work with both the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), where she developed deep expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.

Jeri holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mississippi Valley State University and a Master’s degree from Webster University. Known for her disciplined leadership style, strategic mindset, and ability to bridge technical, operational, and compliance requirements, she is trusted by teams and stakeholders alike to navigate high-stakes challenges with clarity and confidence.

Currently based in Dallas, Jeri enjoys being part of the local community and, like many of her neighbors, can often be found cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
